1. Shipping
1.1 I have completed my order. What's next?
The paths at Radsport Ibert are short. Please check your order confirmation, which we have just sent you by email. If something is wrong, please contact shop@radsport-ibert.de. If all items are in stock, we will make your order ready for dispatch and you can sit back and look forward to the delivery.
1.2 Can I change my shipping address?
You can enter your desired delivery address during your order. Unfortunately, changes of address are no longer possible for orders that have already been placed.
1.3 When will my order be shipped?
Items in stock are delivered within Germany in 1-2 working days, within Europe in 2-5 working days and worldwide in 10-14 working days.
1.4 To which countries do you deliver and what are the shipping costs?
We deliver to all countries covered by our shipping partner DHL Paket. Please take the shipping costs from the list above. For different countries please contact shop@radsport-ibert.de.
Please note that customs duties may apply to deliveries outside the EU.
For deliveries outside the EU, we immediately deduct German VAT (19%).
2. Returns
2.1 Can I send goods back free of charge?
Unfortunately we cannot offer you a free return and ask you to return the goods at your own expense, otherwise we will have to bear the costs of the return.
Articles that you do not like or do not fit can be returned to us (in the original packaging and with all accessories). The goods must be undamaged or unworn and unwashed. If the original packaging is no longer available, we ask you to use suitable packaging to avoid damage in transit.
2.2 How long is it possible to send something back?
After receiving your order, you can send the goods back to us within 14 days.
2.3 When do I get my money back?
Refunds for returned items will be made no later than 14 days after we receive the return. We will transfer the money to you using the same method of payment by which you originally paid.

Our aim is always to send you flawless goods. Should something not meet your expectations nevertheless, please contact shop@radsport-ibert.de.
